I know the fear induced by a diagnosis, and I also know how much time it can take trying to find all the ways you can support yourself- I have all of that in one place for you.

I am an accredited Integrative cancer care guide and a qualified energy practitioner and trainer to holistic therapists. I'm also a 6 year cancer thriver and survivor , bringing to you a unique fusion of lived experience, practical guidance and emotional support.
