Life Laundry is a 4-month programme designed to help you reduce toxins in your home and on your body in a way that feels practical, supportive, and manageable- and, you can join any time.
It is for women who want to make more natural choices for themselves and their families, but feel unsure where to begin, what to swap first, or how to keep going without becoming overwhelmed.
Across 4 months, we will focus on one topic at a time, so you can build knowledge, confidence, and simple habits that support your wellbeing in everyday life.
You will have my guidance throughout, not just live online workshops, Which arealso recorded, you get practical tools, bonus recipes, and support to help you make steady changes that feel realistic and sustainable.

Ingredients are sourced separately, and you will receive a full list in advance of reccomendations
with guidance/links for where to buy everything you need.
I've focused on you getting the smallest amount rather than buy in bulk.
Average cost based on Uk suppliers and high quality/ organic is approx £50, and if you choose to make the beautiful face serum in "Glow"the ingredients add £15- for a serum bought in stores for up to £100
You can absolutely source lower cost ingredients in smaller amounts or bulk amounts if you prefer.

There is so much information online, and it can be hard to know what matters, where to start, and how to turn good intentions into regular habits.

Hand on heart, I can't do that with synthetic cheap oils that simply won't do the job.
Your health matters when it come to surfaces being CLEAN and your endocrine health matters in realation to body and fragranced products. I am unable to allow use of synthetic endocrine disrupting oils on the programme, anyone can put between 3-7% of an essential oil in a bottle and label it 100%, Doterra are transparent with their testing, mindful of their sourcing and cartake of the planet- which is why I will only use them- and always very happy to discuss this with anyone at anytime, so please do reach out if you'd like more clarity on oils and quality.

Not only do I now understand the true cost to our health & wellbeing of using the regular ‘natural’ products still with around 17 chemicals - in the same moment as realising how important this is - I then made the full set of cleaning products that are far superior to what I’d hoped. Hi Rachel! I’m making a conscious effort to stop text conversations on the evenings and turn my phone off completely at night when I sleep. Noticed that’s helped me. Do I need to know anything about essential oils already?
No. The programme is designed to guide you step by step, whether you are completely new or already have some experience.
What if I already have some oils?
That is absolutely fine provided they are Doterra oils and
If you already have the Family Essentials or Home Essentials top 10 oils, you may not need to purchase the separate oil kit.
Are the oils included in the course price?
No. The programme and the oil kit are sold separately, so that those who already have oils do not need to pay for them again.
What if I can only afford the Oils?
No problem, maybe this is the next best step for you and you can join us doing the workshops later in the year, you still get full support from me in learning how to dilute and use them and to be part of my customer only free oily community space, where there are Monday evening masterclasses during termtime.
